At Tasbeh Manarah, we stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive time-based guarantee against manufacturing defects.
What Our Guarantee Covers
We guarantee that each tasbih we craft will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. This includes:
- String breakage under normal use
- Bead cracking or splitting not caused by impact
- Fading of natural wood beyond normal patina development
- Tassel detachment or unraveling
- Defects in hardware components (for tasbihs with metal elements)
How to Claim Your Guarantee
If your tasbih shows signs of a manufacturing defect, simply:
- Contact our customer service team through our contact form
- Provide photos of the defect and your order number
- Our team will evaluate your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll provide a shipping label to return the tasbih
- We'll repair or replace your tasbih and ship it back to you at no cost
Important Notes
Our time-based guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Normal wear and aging (including natural darkening of wood)
- Intentional modifications or alterations
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
Proper Care
To ensure your tasbih remains in excellent condition for generations:
- Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
- Clean wooden beads occasionally with a soft, dry cloth
- Apply a small amount of natural beeswax or oil once a year for wooden tasbihs
- Avoid exposure to water, especially for wooden beads
- Handle with clean hands to prevent oil buildup
